  • ABSTRACT:
Join ASES SCASS, NCEO colleagues, and a panel of state presenters and researchers in a lively discussion about assessment and instruction considerations for struggling learners with and without disabilities, as well as struggling learners with limited English proficiency. This interactive pre-session will provide opportunities to share information and ideas about the students, test development considerations (including accommodations), technology-enhanced assessment and accessibility, and system implications. Discussions will form the basis for a paper designed to contribute to future assessment decision making.
