How should “growth” be defined for students with disabilities?  How can growth for SWD be best measured?  What is “good enough growth” and how would we know?  What are states and others finding out about how to measure growth well for students with disabilities, and what difference is it making?  What has been learned about promising and not-so-promising approaches?
